DolWin won't work at the current status any more, because it does not
support virtual memory - GameCube games don't need it, but Linux
depends on it.

It might have to do with PSOload 1.1. I use a mid-December 2003 PAL GC
and I have the full screen with PSOload 2.0

Yes. The framebuffer *is* in PAL mode - at least on your GC. As I
understand the code, it inherits the mode from the PSO game.
