This won't fix his problem. Requiring /libexec means that the binary is
compiled for FreeBSD 5 or newer, and it does not run on FreeBSD 4. It
may require new syscalls, changed structures, etc...

Cross compilation for FreeBSD 4 does not necessarily success since no
one is maintaining SBCL on it. SBCL may use new OS interfaces or new
GCC features which were not available on FreeBSD 4.
I already answered a similar question from the same person about two
months ago, but I repeat:
Because FreeBSD 4 reached its end-of-life, I stopped to maintain SBCL on
it. The latest version of SBCL which is known to build on FreeBSD 4 is
1.0.3. Newer version of SBCL may require newer version of FreeBSD.
