Yes. It's only intended for development/testing purposes.

What doesn't get refreshed are classes used by your servlet. I usually=20
test my business/back-end classes (SQLObject objects typically) in the=20
main function and through the Python console. In that way, I rarely need=20
to restart the server.
I don't know about any way to force WebKit to recompile files.
