The parsing of "#!" line in script was changed between 5.x and 6.x to
conform Single UNIX Specification. For script:
#! prog arg1 arg2
5.x (and earlier) executes like:
execlp("prog", "prog", "arg1", "arg2", "/path/to/script", NULL);
But 6.x (and later) executes like:
execlp("prog", "prog", "arg1 arg2", "/path/to/script", NULL);

It is too late to initialize dynamic-space-size when loading global or
user init file.
I think it may be useful to have an environment variable
"SB_DYNAMIC_SPACE_SIZE" or so, as default value of dynamic-space-size.
