I've been there... it's a nightmare!
I use WinSCP now - I can't remember if I was I able to use it out of
the box... I think I did. It all just works now. (although I
remember reading *a lot* of the SF pages, and getting frustrated
messing around with Putty...)
Anyway, if you haven't already try WinSCP with your username and
password and hopefully it will be ok.
(once logged in you have to navigate from your user home to your
projects home, which would be in /home/groups/s/sa/saxon and then its
the htdocs directory, but you can set WinSCP to do that for you)
