My plan/idea is to make SB-SYS home of platform-agnostic names and
implementations, building it on top of SB-WIN32 and SB-UNIX, and while
at it start migrating symbols who do not that the OS-interface nature
elsewhere from there.
...but I'm not sure what other developers think of this.
(And in either case, I'm not going to dig into this in a great hurry.)
