I have a very simple script I need to write...
Basically, I need for the script to pause until someone pushes either
'ESC' key on a keyboard or 'quit' on a remote.
I've been playing with ircat but it doesn't quite do what I need... I
need a 'one shot' command. Something that will spit out the string in
lircrc and then exit....
Any way to do that within the framework of existing lirc commands? Or
should I just hack up ircat?
(And apologies if this is obvoious; my mind is very fuzzy right now due
to a bad cold/infection...)
