SquirrelMail provides at least four hooks that allow modifying login screen.

What I was looking for was the ability to have messages and other graphics on the
login screen.

Unfortunatley I have no programming ability

1. vlogin plugin. You can customize org_logo, org_title and org_name
according to domain that is used to access webmail interface

2. conf.pl -> 5. MOTD
Message of the day. User sees in after login.

4. Do you need something else? MOTD displayed on login page. daily Dilbert
