The display currently uses a cylinder of the proper diameter for a
mill tool (assuming an end mill of course) and shows the correct
shape for a lathe tool, and uses the cone when no tool is loaded.
I think this is currently pretty much the best you can do with the
information in the tool table. We'd have to brainstorm a bit if
we want to expand it (again).
