As far as I know, this translation is done by Norton Internet Security
running on the client browser. "referer" is translated to "weferer" and the
referring link is encoded somehow.

Exactly where 'HTTP_REFERER' should be, there was an elmer fudd
pronunciation instead, and an indecipherable bit of information. I'm
assuming whover this was had some sort of environ-blocking software,
but I've never seen it before. Where can I get one?
