You can use --help to see what options are available on runConfigureICU=20
and configure. Here is an example of creating a debuggable ICU on Linux.
./runConfigureICU --enable-debug --disable-release Linux

[icu-support] Turning off optimisation
Hello all,
Can anyone tell me how I turn off optimisation when building ICU. I am
trying to debug my cross compiled ICU code, and its getting in the way.
I have searched the archives to no avail.
Using gcc/g++.
