the problem went away after I installed the packages tcl-dev and tk-dev (but I
can't remember, what other packages where installed to fulfill dependencies).
I already found the same "solution" on another ubuntu system (that time
I tried to reproduce the problem, by setting ENABLE_tcl=OFF and ENABLE_tk=OFF
but it still worked. I even tried to uninstall tcl-dev and tk-dev, but it
still worked. So it must have something to do with the other packages, which
were installed to fulfill tcl-dev/tk-dev dependencies...
I produced yesterday the make.out and cmake.out but they vanished after
if "rm -rf *" in the build directory. So I have no output and can't reproduce
the problem with the current configuration of my system ....
