My recommendation: forget about using either py2exe or Installer. For best
performance with IIS, use wkcgi.exe. If you really want to use the Python
cgi adapter, just use PythonLauncher:
http://www.cybercode.dk/tw/PythonLauncher.html but be aware that it'll be a
lot slower than wkcgi.exe.
