[Cygwin-ports-general] X11-based Tcl/Tk for Cygwin

I have a port of Tcl/Tk which is based on X11 and runs under Cygwin using the X server. This allows all sorts of Tcl/Tk extension code that is not Win32-graphics compatible to be compiled and run. Oddly, the port it not particularly complicated, yet the Tcl/Tk source continues to claim that it is not Cygwin compatible. Someone suggested to me that this would be a useful addition to the Cygwin Ports. I have a compiled binary and instructions for porting the source at http://opencircuitdesign.com/cygwin/ and http://opencircuitdesign.com/tclcompile.html If there's anything I can do to help get this into the Cygwin Ports repository, please let me know.
