Cygwin Ports

I have a port of Tcl/Tk which is based on X11 and runs under Cygwin
using the X server.  This allows all sorts of Tcl/Tk extension code
that is not Win32-graphics compatible to be compiled and run.
Oddly, the port it not particularly complicated, yet the Tcl/Tk
source continues to claim that it is not Cygwin compatible.
Someone suggested to me that this would be a useful addition to
the Cygwin Ports.

If there's anything I can do to help get this into the Cygwin
