I have added a short description of the Fortran 95 bindings, but I
realised later that
it is not incorporated in the complete build system yet. (I may try to
do that, as an exercise
in learning the autotools, but it is improbable I will be able to finish
that before the
end of april).
Something that I would like to point out though about the structure:
There are two chapters related to "drivers" (or at least that is the title).
I suggest we distinguish the following chapters:
1. The PLplot API
2. The language bindings
3. Platforms (OS+graphics system)
What I want to add is:
Proper description of the way you can use the Fortran 95 bindings (I can
to the README file in the bindings/f95 directory too)
Cygwin: breakthrough with dynamic libraries (not dynamic drivers though)
win32: Instructions for getting and installing the additional software -
in a local README,
as it would clutter the overall README file.
