I have the same product and it gave a lot of problems. It was working
for some time, but in certain conditions it locked. It could work OK
for a ftp transfer at full bandwidth, but it locked with multiple web
requests. The router/AP were OK and I had to unplug the WG111 and
reinsert it. Some time it worked some time I got the panic.
Apparently it is not your case since I see your kernel loads uhci_hcd
module but I solved by disabling USB2.0 on the motherboard and now is
stable. I discovered when reinstalling WinXp that there are patches to
be installed for the VIA chipset of my MB to handle usb2.0.
Additionally my WG111 is marked as v2 and it may be not your case but il
loads a different driver.

A computer is like an air conditioner,
it stops working when you open Windows.
