QuickFIX

Hello,

We found out that ftime function in Windows returns milliseconds in 
fractions of context switch.
In Linux it looks fine.

Here is an example:
I call ftime in a loop and after that print time and milliseconds when 
it's different from the previous value:

Linux:

Does anyone know if it's possible to overcome that somehow in Windows (registry key)?
Does anyone have more precisely QuickFix time code for Windows (QueryPerformanceCounter)?
