It's for all you filthy unwashed lusers too. :) Really, I think it's
probably quite odd that so many of the items on the trackers have been
submitted by one of us. It's faintly disturbing that you should come away
with the assumption that it's for our use only, because that's really not the
case at all.
As for the rest, sit tight a minute. I started to write out some guidelines,
and then I realized what we really need to do is publish these somewhere
visible. We'll figure out some place to put them and I'll get back to you.
