Why do you say that? Some drivers are known to work with SMP (see the archive:
some people have confirmed that at least Broadcom x86 works well).

Again, what is the basis for such assertion? ndiswrapper has all the
infrastructure necessary for SMP support. Since I don't have SMP machine, I
can't test and add support for more drivers on my own. If people submit
useful/proper debug log that can identify the issues, other drivers can be
made to work with SMP.
