For a web site, one of two things:
1. if there is an underlying source record used to build the entry on
the web site, refer to THAT source and include the web site as a note
or a data item or a text entry in the source ref
2. if the web site is the ONLY source, you could use today's date or
simply leave the field blank. Same thing with the Volume/Page info,
which is also not so obvious on a web site.
