FWIW, there's no Camel Case in FR :)
Types are named with initial capital letter. Technically, this is the
subset of Camel Case convention, but that was not the intention.
Anyway, I don't have some preference about this (I write very clear
PSQL and DDL code and usually have only one datatype on the line at
any time, so there's no way to get confused - not to mention that the
editor highlights it).
That being said, I won't mind if anyone adds code formatting to FR,
and I'll change the code that I wrote to use it accordingly. However,
I don't have it in my plans yet - there are other more important
issues and not much free time.
