I was talking about headers and programmes at that time, but have
since found out that one must use GCC to set linker search paths.
Anyway, here is what I did:
1. Navigate to /etc of Msys.
2. Open in suitable text editor /etc/profile
3. Add my path to the end of the
line, but before the final colon ( : ).
4. Start Msys.
Then I typed in an executable name, but got a message along the lines
of 'not a command'.
Have I been doing something wrong?
