To add: darwinFakeMouse2Mask uses the function DarwinPArseModifierList
(), which is defined in darwin.c... but not declared anywhere. I'm
not sure where it went, I'm going to assume that it (like
darwinSwapAltMeta) used to be global, but is no more.
