If you are using subclipse, that is making your eclipse really slow. I
recommend (justin too) that you don't use subclipse. We just use
commandline subversion and Tortise (windows client). Tortise integrates
directly with windows explorer and is really neat, fast too.
The release-all build task in ant is a slow one. It does a lot,
especially when generating the javadocs.
I noticed now as well that the src.zip release does not contain the cite
directory. For some reason it is commented out in the build task. There
also seems to be some legacy <exclude name="*CVS*/*" /> tags that were
from the days when we used CVS. I'm guessing they should now say SVN.
Although looking at the src.zip distro the .svn directories are not
included, I'm guessing because they are hidden.
I will uncomment the line that copies over the cite directory to the
src.zip file, as it is needed if the person wants to do a build themselves.
