I just installed the latest version (1.9) of subtext in a hosted =
environment
and found that the installation did not work until I removed the <pages =
theme=3D"..."/>=20
directive from my main web.config file of the root application.
Even though I gave Subtext a separate application directory the =
directive was
applied to it!
