I fixed a number of the (known bugs) for the port of SRFI-19 to PLT
(and also on my local copy of the SRFI-19 implementation, which I will
commit to srfi.schemers.org soon). However, this particular change:
(define-struct time (type second nanosecond))
(define-struct time (type nanosecond second))
requires changing a good number of procs, and when Will submit a new
fixed version of SRFI-19, he might as well just change the SRFI
document, and we will have to rollback those changes.
Thus I think we should wait, and see what Will has to say about it.
