I like the diffs a lot, but I don't like receiving 85 bazillion
messages (as I do from Barry's mailman checkin lists).
So, clearly, neither script will work 100% for me and, given that I
have a million things much more important to do, I'll have to merge our
two scripts to put together the Super Cool CVS Commit Auto-Email
Coalescer & Differentiation Mechanism.
