I think it would be better if we zip language files before sending them.
This will guarantee that they won't be wrapped, or re-encoded in anyway.

This will not work without a 'cheat' since Sourceforge is currently
deleting all mail that has ZIP attachments.  We can still do this but you
will have to alter the file extension to something different as I did in
my email.

Didn't Ken say something about Zip files being filtered by SourceForge?
