Steel Bank Common Lisp

Hello,

I'm a maintainer for the sbcl package for the fink project
(http://www.finkproject.org) and recently came across an issue with the
latest SBCL build.  In short, the problem is that when using SBCL 1.0.2
to bootstrap a build for 1.0.25 (on i386-darwin), the initially built
core file and the successor core file have different sizes.  After the
re-build, the file does not change in size.

It's not at all clear that this is a problem.  run-tests gives identical
results in both cases.  Any idea whether this might be an issue?
