The wireless transmitter does get quite hot...so that means that it's
(probably) working...There are a lot of strings on setting up the wireless.
It is specific to your router and wireless system though. Do know if you are
using WEP or WPA encryption on your router?

I don't remember any blue lights. I don't have access to the Gumstix right
now, but I (and a friend) believe there were two lights between the
ethernet port and the wifi module, and only one (the orange one, I think)
