Before dusting off ever more exotic combinations of tools, try cygwin
again. The sbcl runtime is compiled with -mno-cygwin, so you'll get a
native executable -- indeed, getting sbcl-with-cygwin to run would be
a porting project all of its own, which no one has even thought of
doing so far...
