Oh, yeah, I guess I shouldn't have said "core" in my commit message.
The core shouldn't force any particular behavior on the UI,
autoreconnect being one such behavior. It's possible another UI may
want to avoid auto-reconnect for whatever reason, so I consider it a
UI feature, the same way "auto-connect" (now "enabled) is.
It sure would have been more elegant in the core, as I could have
added to the account struct, rather than storing everything in
autorecon's hash table.
