The audiostix2 should work just fine with OE. I've used the gpsstix
with OE without problems and it is basically just an audiostix2 with a
gps module on it. If you get sound out of your roboaudio and gumstix
and with the same gumstix can't get audio out of an audiostix2 board
I'd guess the audiostix was faulty. Both boards use the UCB1400 for
sound, so it should be the same in that respect.
