Ok, we know we need to insert a blurb saying what dropline is onto the
main page, and have a little bit more detail on a couple of points.
Here's the blurb I've written up for inclusion into the main page:
# What is dropline?
# dropline GNOME is a up to date distro of GNOME for recent versions
of Slackware. It is designed to be a stable, easy to use, and easy to
update. dropline GNOME aims to provide the absolute best experience
when using GNOME.
I think having a list of replaced packages at least linked to from the
software page, and a link to the fuq from there as well. We need to
add a couple of things to the fuq, and probably retitle it "Pre
Installation Questions" or something like that, since thats really
what it seems to be.
Other things I'd like to change/things yet to do:
* I've added a 'questions-large' list class to my personal copy, and I
think it should replace the current page headers, since most of them
are questions, it should be difficult to cook up larger versions of
the other list classes as well.
* The sidebar and the page headers need to be synced up so they're the
same for consistancy. I'll get on that.
* The work on the phpified version of the page seems to be coming
along quite nicely. We should look to switch to it before the 2.12
* Speaking of which, we need to work out where on the page we'll place
the language selection. I think that having it somewhere in the
sidebar is probably the appropriate place. Its either there, or having
some sort of partial top bar in the heading.
Any other changes that people would like to see? Or bugs that should
be worked out?
