you should not reject the mail immediately, it makes sense to retry the
delivery when a user is over quota. On a postfix system you can use the
following parameter to limit the queue lifetime of a message:
maximal_queue_lifetime (default: 5d)
The maximal time a message is queued before it is sent back as
undeliverable.
Time units: s (seconds), m (minutes), h (hours), d (days), w (weeks).
The default time unit is d (days).
Specify 0 when mail delivery should be tried only once.

The maildrop at my system is installed via apt-get
When maildrop deliver mails to one person whose quota is over ,it defer the
delivery instead of bouce it .(see the following log)
How can i set maildrop bouce the mail instead of defer it when one person
whose quota is over
