Thanks. I got some bad info somewhere that screwed me up on the
kermit issue, and I have just found that I have no need to install the
new file system anyway (bonus!).
Also, after making the new buildroot, before I try to compile
anything (Hello World), is it necessary to do anything the gumstix (eg
copy files over, link up somehow). I read the wiki on buildroot, and
some of the programming pages, and I'm still a little unclear.

For future reference, am I understanding correctly then that it is
only necessary to change the file system, and not the uboot, when
changing the gumstix-buildroot version?
