In http://laplace.cva.itesm.mx:8000/scout you'll find a dinamically
loaded driver for Nomad ScoutII for player 1.6.
It's a first approach but work well in the "host environment"=20
(simulator) and work ok in the real robot (I've a strange buffer
saturation, that freeze the communication with the robot for a while).
It implements odometry and sonars, and have in plans for the next
days I'll put a power indicator, and maybe bumpers.
It uses the multidriver way, which by the way, is great. You're amazing guy=
Borrow some ideas from p2os, and from nomad200 driver, but didn't put
new structures, sticked with the player_* ones (it doesn't pollute the
api), and take a more simplistic view than Bas Terwijn.
