libMesh: A C++ Finite Element Library

Users:

Download it, regression test it with your application, check to make
sure we didn't break any of your code accidentally, curse at us for
the API changes where we broke your code on purpose.  And let us know
on the mailing lists ASAP if there are any problems; we'd like to
release an official 0.6.4 soon.

Developers:

It's been a year and a half and a lot of development in that time; I'd
like to make a release that had a proper changelog attached instead of
a "release candidate" warning.  Email me with a list of the major
changes you've made since 0.6.3?
