i looked at some man-pages on my system and notices that there
are no blank lines.
and in some documentation it said , use ``.`` lines instead of
blank lines (without noting that this means it is no visible
separation in output)
and as i gave up on trying to detect the necessity if there should be
a separartion or not i did put in a ``.sp`` after every paragraph.
and before delivering the roff text i replaced all ``.sp\n`` where
possible with ``.``.
one could also delete the lines, although they might easy reading
the roff code. but i might be wrong.
i also included a lot of warnings in the writer about unsupported
constructs (footnote, citation, cellspanning, ...) because i am unsure
if these are used/useable in manpages and am waiting for complains.
