Yesterday I installed 0.5.1 rc#3 and migrated my app to it. A few problems I
could workaround have disappeared. Fine!
But I saw that I still have problems with the OneShot.cgi on NT4/IIS4
(OneShot.exe on IIS4, made with py2exe 0.2.6). Until now I always have
killed the AppServer and restarted it, if I did changes in underlying
modules of my app. But to be honest, I long for OneShot.cgi, because it
would make life a bit easier.
I tried it on 2 different machines. The problem seems to lie within
PlugIn.py (around line 71):
# Make a directory for it in Cache/
cacheDir = os.path.join(os.path.dirname(__file__),'Cache', self._name)
if not os.path.exists(cacheDir):
__file__ has the value "<WebKit\PlugIn from archive>"
so cacheDir becomes "<WebKit\Cache\COMKit" which raises an exception, which
is not valid.
Or did I miss something?
