Again upgrade. The latest version (2.1.6) has a tools menu.
Although 2.1.6 is still in beta it has been very stable for me and others.
Besides if yo do find a bug, Vadim (sp? Sorry) is quick to squash them. Why
learn the old interface and then have to adjust your beain to the new one.
Learn the new one from the start.

has packeges for FC5, although you might want to look here:
http://www.fwbuilder.org/nightly_builds/build-128/fedora-c5/ to get the latest
and greatest with all of the bug fixes.
For FC5 you need 3 packages. libfwbuilder, fwbuilder and fwbuilder-ipt.
