I'm not sure why the get_ methods are missing for the 3D case... but
I've never used them so I assumed that whoever did need them only
needed them on a 2D problem or on a 2D boundary of a 3D problem.

I'm a bit confused:
What does dxyzdzeta have to do with second derivative evaluations?
Of course, if we create a get_dxyzdzeta method and --enable-second is
on, then perhaps we should have get_d2xyzdxidzeta, get_d2xyzdetadzeta,
and get_d2xyzdzeta2 as well.
