You can select all your audio then apply either the change speed or
change tempo effect from the effects menu, and adjust the numbers
as you want. This will actually change your audio - you'll probably
want to undo the effect after listening for what you want to edit.
Change speed is like changing the speed on a turntable - both the
tempo and pitch change together.
Change tempo keeps the pitch the same while you make a tempo
If you want to change speed using more exact numbers than what's in
the built-in change speed effect, I can post some Nyquist code,
which you can type into the Nyquist prompt under the effects menu.
