more or less accidentially, I stumbled accross another well-known
ticketing system: RT. Since last time I evaluated it (late 2002), it
seems to have evolved, to something that covers all the features, I'd like
to see in a xine (bug, feature, help, etc.) tracking system. (Yes, that
even includes complete email connectivity, a CVS commit handler interface,
and a command line interface that allows arbitrary extensions.)
The only obvious drawback is: it's perl, so not really the most modern
programming language, and maybe not too efficient.
So my questions to anybody who might already have RT experience: Is it
possible to integrate RT with the xinehq webiste?
Any potential show stoppers?
Does anybody already have experience with RT?

 Well, using mod_perl, it should still run quickly, especially as it
uses database backend.
