I am getting most plplot_devel mail, but not all of it.
For example, none of Brian's messages got through from list to me today
(although the one he cc'd to me did). Also, Rafael, responded to my first
gd.la question (according to the mail archive), but I never got that so I
asked him again just now. Sorry, Rafael!
To respond to that, I would be concerned whether gdlib-config is available
for older versions of libgd. For example, it is not available on Debian
BTW, Rafael, I also posted a subsequent question on gd.la (why referring to
/usr/lib/libgd.la doesn't seem to work), which I hope you answer.
Looking at the archive some more I also missed Arjen's "little" cmap0
I believe all these mail posting issues are a SF problem. Their site status
should always be taken with a huge grain of salt, but there are enough
recent mail list problems they mention there, that I think this is just one
more of them.
According to past experience these delayed messages will all suddenly
disgorge in a day or so, but meanwhile if you have something that one list
member should urgently look at, you should probably cc to him until these
problems are fixed at SF. Remember, though, only cc if urgent, and please
don't cc under ordinary circumstances when the SF mail list server is
reliable since none of us likes to get PLplot list mail doubled.
