You do not need agpgart. Make sure that your kernel is compiled with mtrr.
Also check dri.sf.net whether PCI DRI is supported for Radeons.

There are no bttv module options - bttv is for bt848 cards only.
As for Rage Theatre - the GATOS modules should figure out all options
automatically, provided the BIOS is accessible.
If you have a Mac card, you *will* have problems trying to run it on PC.
