It gives some more concrete examples of how to set this up and includes a
sql file to create the shapefile data in postgis. I haven't had a chance
to test it, so feedback is likely needed.
If you feel up to documenting your progress then assign the issue to
yourself, and I can work with you to get postgis up and running. Just
comment directly on the issue, and it should then persist for others that
have the same problem, and everyone can also comment. And once we get it
working we can put it up on the wiki, as I know others are interested in
