1) Not by design. They might "play well" together, but I have not tested
or investigated this.
2) See: http://spyce.sourceforge.net/doc-intro_rationale.html. Zope is a
complete (monolithic) server. Spyce is just a language with a tiny runtime
and some standard modules and tag libraries. Spyce is closer to PHP and
JSP in functionality than Zope.
3) You can perform the "getting starting" and write your first hello world
in 10 minutes. The rest is just standard Python and Spyce libraries,
which are extensively documented.
Since you are on the Spyce list, the answer is Spyce! :)
