Lauris was experimenting with using some Qt/KDE features in Sodipodi.
We're planning on disabling and removing those because we think it's
best to focus on one windowing/widgeting system, and while we like KDE,
we decided to focus on Gtk (Gtkmm, specifically.)
So leaving that turned off is appropriate.
