Found it - this file needs to be included in the chrome. It provides the
values for form buttons when no value is specified. If you remove values
from Submit and Reset buttons, they display the same behavior:
It should be in the en-US.jar. However, in our case, it looks for them
while in FF, they are located here:
I'm not sure why there's a diffence. If someone has Mozilla 1.7.4
installed, perhaps they can see if this is particular to FireFox or all
Mozilla builds. In any case, any updated JAR file is here:
